Job summary

PeteHealth is seeking licensed physical therapists to join its remote caseload for orthopedic bracing and teletherapy. You will start with six in-person brace fittings for patients from your own caseload, with each visit paid a flat fee agreed in writing before the first patient.

After six fittings, teletherapy referrals begin; you will treat patients remotely from home, on a schedule you control. This is independent-contractor work alongside your current position.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the state where you practice.
• Currently working in home health or another in-home setting.
• You evaluate and provide treatment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct six in-person brace fittings on patients from your own caseload; each fitting is a paid clinical visit ( intake, fitting, follow-up ).
• Provide teletherapy and remote therapeutic monitoring after the six fittings.
• Treat patients you already see and coordinate care with PeteHealth’s program.

Job description

Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home. Our program pairs knee and lumbar bracing withphysical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists.Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call.

How you join

Every therapist on the remote caseload starts with six in-person brace fittings on patients from your owncurrent caseload, so you know the devices you will be coaching patients on. Each fitting is a paid clinical visit— intake, fitting, and follow-up — at a flat fee agreed in writing before your first patient. We give you a one-page screening tool to identify candidates among the patients you already see, and we handle the prescription,benefit verification, and the paperwork.

This is not a sales role. We do not ask you to refer; you treat patients you already see.

After six fittings

Teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME begin: our patients, work from home, on your schedule, paid pervisit and per call.
