Job summary

PeteDME seeks licensed physical therapists or PTAs to join a remote care program delivering knee and lumbar bracing with teletherapy and remote monitoring. You’ll start with six in-person brace fittings on your own caseload, each a paid clinical visit including intake and follow-up.

After fittings, you will conduct remote visits from home, paid per visit and per call. You can keep your current job as this is independent-contractor work with fixed flat fees and no volume-based payout.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapist or physical therapist assistant license in the practicing state.
• Experience working in home health or in-home settings is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and provide treatment to patients.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients you already see; teletherapy referrals begin after six in-person brace fittings.
• Perform intake, brace fitting, and follow-up visits; coordinate care with remote therapists.

Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home. Our program pairs knee and lumbar bracing withphysical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists.Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call.

How you join

Every therapist on the remote caseload starts with six in-person brace fittings on patients from your owncurrent caseload, so you know the devices you will be coaching patients on. Each fitting is a paid clinical visit— intake, fitting, and follow-up — at a flat fee agreed in writing before your first patient. We give you a one-page screening tool to identify candidates among the patients you already see, and we handle the prescription,benefit verification, and the paperwork.

This is not a sales role. We do not ask you to refer; you treat patients you already see.

After six fittings

Teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME begin: our patients, work from home, on your schedule, paid pervisit and per call.
