Job summary

PeteHealth seeks licensed physical therapists or PTAs to join its remote MSK Integrated Care program, delivering care to patients from home with remote monitoring. You will start with six in-person brace fittings for your own caseload, with fittings and visits paid as agreed in writing.

After the six fittings, teletherapy referrals begin, with patients working from home on your schedule, paid per visit and per call.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant in the state where you practice.
• Experience delivering care in home health or in-home settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with remote monitoring or teletherapy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide MSK care via remote visits for home-based patients.
• Perform initial six in-person brace fittings from your current caseload.
• Deliver treatment, assessment, and guidance for home-based patients.

Treat PeteDME’s MSK Integrated Care patients from home. Our program pairs knee and lumbar bracing withphysical therapy and remote therapeutic monitoring, delivered through a network of in-home therapists.Remote visits and monitoring are paid per visit and per call.

How you join

Every therapist on the remote caseload starts with six in-person brace fittings on patients from your owncurrent caseload, so you know the devices you will be coaching patients on. Each fitting is a paid clinical visit— intake, fitting, and follow-up — at a flat fee agreed in writing before your first patient. We give you a one-page screening tool to identify candidates among the patients you already see, and we handle the prescription,benefit verification, and the paperwork.

This is not a sales role. We do not ask you to refer; you treat patients you already see.

After six fittings

Teletherapy patient referrals from PeteDME begin: our patients, work from home, on your schedule, paid pervisit and per call.
