Qualifications

• Experience managing a clinical division or equivalent operational experience.
• Eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Eligible for appointment at Assistant or Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School.
• Salary and academic rank commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the MSK section and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Lead research, education, and clinical missions of the MSK section.
• Mentor and advance careers of MSK staff and trainees.
• Collaborate with Orthopedics, rheumatology, surgical, and other clinical colleagues.
