Lonza in Visp, Switzerland seeks a Process Expert MSAT USP 80%-100% (m/w/d) to drive technology transfers and scale-up activities for Upstream processing. You will serve as key interface between customers, process development, and manufacturing operations, ensuring robust transfer of processes from development to production.

Qualifications

• Experience in Upstream Processing (USP) roles or similar biopharma settings.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfers and process implementation for Upstream manufacturing.
• Coordinate with customers, process development, and manufacturing operations.
• Ensure process scalability and manufacturability for fermentation and filtration operations.
• Apply technology transfer methodologies and change control processes.
• Provide clear reporting on batch status and process performance.
