Job summary

System One in Paulsboro, NJ is seeking a MSAT Process Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on evaluating, designing, and implementing scalable chemical processes as they move from development to production, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will support production, troubleshoot processing issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer technologies, scale up operations, and drive process improvements that improve yields and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 3+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience in pharmaceuticals or batch processing.
• Knowledge of FDA/cGMP guidelines and practices.
• Strong analytical skills including FMEA and root-cause analysis.
• Able to interface with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement new or improved processes as they transfer from development to production.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, provide production support, ensure safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot processing problems and lead technology transfer and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to implement safe, efficient processes.
• Lead process improvement efforts to boost yields and reduce costs.
