Job summary

Lonza Portsmouth is recruiting for a 2027 On-site Summer Internship program as an MSAT Scientist intern. The role provides exposure to MSAT Laboratories and manufacturing processes, with tasks guided by established procedures and detailed instructions.

The internship runs May through August, roughly 10 weeks, and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Candidates should be pursuing a BS or MS in biology, chemistry, or engineering with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Qualifications

• Completion of junior year (typically 90 credits) toward a BS in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (out of 4) required.
• Must currently be enrolled in BS or MS Academic Program.

Responsibilities

• Support MSAT Laboratories or manufacturing processes as part of the internship.
• Follow procedures and detailed instructions on projects and assignments.
• Ask questions when clarification or greater technical expertise is required.
