Job summary

WhiteCap Search is seeking experienced MSAT/Process Development professionals for a hands-on role in biopharma advanced therapies. The position is in Boston, MA, and involves cross-functional collaboration with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have PhD or equivalent industrial experience, hands-on MSAT for manufacturing investigations, and a strong track record in technology transfer and lifecycle management within regulated

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent experience in biotech with MSAT exposure.
• Hands-on process development and tech transfer experience required.
• Experience in regulated biopharma environments (cGMP/cGxP).

Responsibilities

• Provide MSAT and technical support across process development and manufacturing activities.
• Lead or support manufacturing investigations, change management, and technical assessments.
• Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and support implementation of process improvements.
• Support technology transfer and process implementation from development into manufacturing.
• Coordinate technical activities across multiple functions, projects, and stakeholders.
• Establish project milestones, track deliverables, and communicate technical risks and potential solutions.
• Support process validation and process performance activities.
• Contribute to process monitoring, troubleshooting, and ongoing process improvement.
• Support process lifecycle management and maintain strong process knowledge throughout development and manufacturing.
• Prepare and review technical documentation for regulatory and manufacturing activities.
• Work with external manufacturing partners to provide technical guidance and resolve issues.
• Apply risk-based approaches to process development and manufacturing challenges.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, manufacturing professionals, quality reps, and other technical stakeholders.
• Support multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and execution.
