Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Master's level Therapist for a community-based role in Florida, providing individual, family, and group counseling in diverse settings. The therapist will develop and evaluate treatment plans, conduct clinical assessments, document progress in EMR, and collaborate with families, schools, and community partners to support at-risk clients in their environments.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in a mental health field required.
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring issues; 1 year preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling in community-based settings.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans with client and family input.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments and document progress in EMR.
• Collaborate with team and community partners to coordinate care and referrals.
