Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a licensed professional to provide community-based counseling and crisis intervention. You will work with individuals and families to develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and coordinate with partners to ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral health assessments, maintaining EMR documentation, and linking clients to additional supports while meeting program guidelines and schedules.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring issues preferred.
• Valid FL driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention services in the community.
• Develop, implement, and update treatment plans with client and family input.
• Conduct clinical behavioral health assessments.
• Enter documentation into EMR promptly.
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to develop coping skills.
• Refer and link clients to additional services as needed.
