Job summary

Grace Federal Solutions LLC seeks a traveler MS/Tele RN to administer treatments, interpret telemetry, and coordinate patient care in South Carolina. The role requires strong teamwork with interdisciplinary staff and a focus on safety and recovery.

Night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 3x12-hour shifts and every-other weekend coverage. Current SC RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS, and Epic charting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical experience is required.
• At least one year of Epic charting experience is required.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications and SC RN license must be active.
• Travel assignments require three years of experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments and monitor patient status.
• Interpret telemetry data and notify care team of changes.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and safety.
• Document diligently per unit policy and vendor requirements.

Role Overview

Requirements

• Required 2 years’ experience.
• Required 1 year of Epic charting experience.
• Medication System: Pyxis
• Flu Vaccine Required – No Exemptions.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, SC active RN license.
• Required 3 years’ experience within specialty for travelers.
• Required Float.
