Job summary

Established Search seeks an MS&T Scientist to join a growing life sciences company supporting GMP manufacturing operations in Utah. You will lead technology transfer, perform process validation, and ensure manufacturing readiness in a highly regulated environment.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering, along with risk-based validation and robust GMP documentation to maintain compliance and enable scale-up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology transfer, validation, or MS&T within a GMP environment.
• 3+ years of experience supporting aseptic manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of process validation, GMP documentation, and risk-based validation.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support technology transfer and process validation activities for new manufacturing processes.
• Author and execute validation protocols, reports, risk assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Support process qualification and ongoing validation lifecycle activities.
• Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and external partners.
• Support change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and validation impact assessments.
• Contribute to process optimisation, scale-up, and operational readiness activities.
