Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field (Social Work/Counseling/Psychology or related).
• 3–5 years of clinical or community-based experience preferred.
• Current Indiana licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC/HSPP).
• Crisis intervention certification and BLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient engagement in treatment plans and educational activities.
• Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
• Perform utilization reviews and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, timely services.
• Interpret patient and family needs, provide crisis intervention and safety management.
• Assess psychosocial risk factors and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Access community resources to meet identified needs.
• Serve as liaison with protective services and guardianship placements.
