Responsibilities:

• Start each guest experience by guiding them to their ideal destination for relaxation and enjoyment
• Move efficiently with purpose, demonstrating fast-paced footwork, graceful flow, and intentional movements
• Recognize VIP guests and welcome them warmly, fostering a sense of familiarity
• Note special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries to enhance the celebration
• Inspire and support team members through your skills and leadership

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year of host/hostess or relevant customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience with OpenTable is a plus
