Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven record of student achievement gains or equivalent results.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Indiana state certification or reciprocal licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver differentiated ELA instruction for grades 6–8.
• Build strong relationships with families and staff to support culture.
• Analyze student data with leadership to tailor supports.
• Lead advisory meetings and weekly student conferences.
• Maintain extended daily schedule from 7:10am to 4:15pm.
