Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in software development or customization.
• Hands-on experience customizing and extending Dynamics 365 modules.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and Dynamics 365 SDK for advanced customization.
• Experience with Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OData, and JSON for system integration.
• Strong testing, debugging, and performance optimization skills for Dynamics 365 apps.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with federal standards (FISMA, NIST, FedRAMP) for secure software development.
• Certs like Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs.
• Build and optimize user interfaces within Dynamics 365 for efficient UX.
• Implement workflows, rules, and custom logic to automate processes.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party APIs and services for interoperability.
• Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Extend modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Finance per requirements.
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure reliability and performance.
• Create and maintain technical docs for configurations and integrations.
• Collaborate with business users and IT to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure Dynamics 365 adheres to federal regulations and security standards.
