JOB DESCRIPTION:

Please note:

This position requires in-person interviews. No remote webcam interviews will be accommodated.

• 3 days a week ON-SITE 8-4:30 in Trenton, NJ. (2 days remote work) remote workdays are limited to 2 and are non-negotiable.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM-based business solutions. Responsible for provisioning, development, and maintenance of the platform. Knowledge in Dynamics CRM best practices, entities/tables, workflows, configurations, business process flows, portals, custom development, integration, reporting, dashboards, Web Resources, CRM Solutions, and custom applications using the xRM framework.
• The candidate should be an expert in Dynamics 365 CRM configurations, using custom code only when necessary. Strong background in designing, installing, configuring, and customizing relational data models for Dynamics CRM solutions, adhering to best practices.
• Work with business users to improve processes and systems. Assess requirements, deliver recommendations, design documentation, and reports. Engage with users to understand how changes can improve efficiency and value. Conduct research and analysis to propose solutions, balancing technological feasibility and functionality.
• Experience: Effective communication in spoken and written English.
• Developer: 2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 configuration and custom coding.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a developer.
• Significant knowledge of Dynamics 2016/365 CRM and the O365 platform, including SharePoint.
• Experience with CRM API, web services REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints.
• Experience with the Field Services module is a plus.
• Experience creating and registering add-ins with C# code.
• Ability to convey knowledge to developers and business users, balancing native features and custom development.
• Understanding of the Dynamics CRM data model, with at least 3 years designing, customizing, and configuring solutions, including innovative modules using core CRM features and custom XRM solutions.
• Extensive experience setting up and configuring Dynamics CRM with O365.
• Expertise in Business Process Flows, workflows, forms, views, and reports.
• Knowledge of configuring business units, security groups, roles, and web roles.
• Experience with SSRS for custom reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM errors and performance issues.
