We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. MS Dynamics 365 Developer to contribute to and lead the development and implementation of D365 Business Central and LS Central solutions. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can also provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Development & Implementation: Independently design, customize, and implement D365 Business Central and LS Central solutions using AL, C/AL, and third-party integrations, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  2. Integration & Support: Develop and maintain integrations with ERP, CRM, and POS systems. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective support.
  3. Technical Guidance & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
  4. Solution Architecture Contribution: Contribute to the design and architecture of D365 solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  5. Collaboration & Project Support: Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  6. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain clear and concise technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal teams.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest advancements in D365 Business Central, LS Central, and Microsoft technologies, proactively seeking opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills
  1. 6+ years of experience in D365 Business Central & LS Central implementation, customization, and support.
  2. Strong AL and C/AL programming skills.
  3. Expertise in SQL Server, database development, and Power BI reporting.
  4. Experience with system upgrades, migrations, and integrations (CRM, eCommerce, third-party apps).
  5. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and financial modules.
  6. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills
  1. Certifications in D365 Business Central or LS Central.
  2. Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, .NET, and Visual Studio.
  3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Qualification
