The coordinator will hire officials, manage budget, lead coach development, and maintain safety and compliance across all sports while promoting school spirit and community ties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Coaching experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certified and AED trained preferred.
• Master’s degree in school administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SBCSC schedule and add games to provide skill development and opportunities for large teams.
• Hire officials, athletic trainers, and security; supervise home events.
• Lead recruitment, selection, assignment, and evaluation of athletic coaches with administration.
• Communicate facilities use and maintenance with engineering and Buildings & Grounds for safe playing conditions.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations to provide opportunities and resources.
