Job summary

Charm Industrial is hiring an MRV Analyst to scale the data gathering, reporting, and verification processes for carbon removal from our bio-oil injection program. You will QA data, maintain records across systems, and coordinate across operations, engineering, development, and materials science.

You will own reporting packages, drive audits, and support continuous improvement to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and a high verification success rate as Charm scales.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze complex data and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Comfort breaking down ambiguous challenges into actionable steps and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure key operational, monitoring, and compliance data required for CDR project reporting is delivered to MRV on time and on spec.
• Use, maintain, and optimize the reporting templates, data rules, standard values and the rest of the systemic architecture that structures CDR project reporting.
• Act as a platform power-user collaborating with technical teams from our digital MRV platforms Mangrove and Isometric Certify, and Charm’s IT infrastructure ensuring efficient reporting from primary data to final delivery.
• Own QA of incoming and outgoing data, ensuring error-free and properly evidenced reporting.
• Be an internal MRV evangelist, building cross-functional relationships to share MRV best practices across teams.
• Own CDR reporting including managing reporting audits and addressing findings to maintain verification success.
• Drive reductions in time and overhead to verify and credit CDR across assets.
• Ensure data collection, monitoring, and reporting systems scale and improve processes.
