Job summary

Charm Industrial seeks an MRV Reporting Specialist to join our Colorado team. You will own data collection, QA, and reporting for carbon removal projects, collaborating with Mangrove, Isometric Certify, and Charm IT to ensure accurate, auditable disclosures.

The role stresses cross‑functional collaboration, process improvement, and scalable reporting as operations scale. A background in carbon accounting is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with data reporting and QA processes.
• Strong ability to translate compliance requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Background in carbon accounting or analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MRV project reporting data on time and to spec.
• Maintain and optimize reporting templates and data rules.
• Collaborate with dMRV platforms Mangrove and Isometric Certify and Charm IT.
• Own QA of incoming and outgoing data and ensure verification.
• Foster cross-functional MRV knowledge and best practices.
• Manage reporting audits and respond to findings with a 100% verification rate.
• Drive efficiency to reduce verification time and admin overhead.
• Ensure systems scale to higher data volumes and integrate feedback.
• Apply MRV standards to continuous improvement.
