Job summary

Nisga’a CIOPS seeks a Mission Relevant Terrain - Cyber (MRT-C) Site Lead in the Colorado Springs, CO area. You will lead a large multidisciplinary team supporting high-priority U.S. Space Force MRT-C missions and ensure delivery of high-quality products within contract requirements.

The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with MRT-C space, Mission Assurance, and cybersecurity experience to engage effectively with Government stakeholders while guiding the team to success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting USSF MRT-C or mission assurance activities.
• 5+ years leading technical personnel and delivering to Government customers.
• CISSP or Security+ with GICSP/GCED/PenTest+/GSEC or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead MRT-C site operations for a large multidisciplinary team.
• Develop priorities, roles, and performance expectations across the team.
• Coordinate with program management and Government stakeholders to align with contract requirements.
