Job summary

Allwell Behavioral Health Services seeks a MRSS Case Manager to support youth and families in crisis through immediate interventions and in-home services. The role may include de-escalation, safety assessments, and linkage to ongoing supports within 41 days of service.

Travel is involved in Noble, Morgan, and Perry counties in Ohio. BM/FCM responsibilities include coordinating with the MRSS team and maintaining documentation in EMR systems, while meeting ABHS vehicle insurance standards and

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree in mental health or social work assistant with three years relevant experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work nontraditional schedule—evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must meet ABHS vehicle insurance standards and have a valid Ohio driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis situations to de-escalate and stabilize youth/family.
• Provide immediate interventions and in-home/community services for up to 41 days.
• Linkage to ongoing supports and referral to community or clinical services.
