MRSGM NA Associate Account Manager, Commercial Insurance

Join us for the MRSGM NA Associate Account Manager, Commercial Insurance role at Roanoke Insurance Group Inc.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Associate Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance division in Long Beach, CA. Reporting to the Regional Product Manager, this role involves managing policy renewals, marketing new business, analyzing coverage forms, and maintaining client relationships within a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage policy renewals with markets and producers
2. Market new business submissions
3. Review and analyze coverage forms
4. Prepare applications and proposals
5. Coordinate coverage changes and respond to inquiries
6. Utilize Agency Management System (Applied Epic)
7. Ensure accuracy of policies, endorsements, and audits
8. Issue binders and certificates of insurance
9. Generate surplus lines affidavits
10. Handle correspondence and maintain client relationships
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years property/casualty insurance experience
• Familiarity with Agency Management Software, preferably Applied Epic
• Commitment to professional development and continuing education
• Understanding of property/casualty insurance policies
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
