Eair llc is seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist with MRP expertise to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, and data administration in support of production and operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities include planning with MRP, maintaining ERP data, and ensuring timely material availability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of recent purchasing or procurement experience
• Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control practices
• Excellent data management and information accuracy
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Effective communication and supplier relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities, including sourcing, supplier negotiations, and purchase order processing.
• Utilize MRP systems to plan, forecast, and manage material requirements based on production schedules and inventory levels.
• Maintain and update accurate material, supplier, pricing, and inventory data within ERP/MRP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.
• Analyze purchasing and inventory reports to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies, invoice issues, and supplier-related concerns.
• Generate and maintain reports, records, and documentation related to procurement and inventory activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and quality requirements.
