Del Monte Fresh Produce Company Inc. is seeking a MRO/Storeroom Clerk to manage indirect materials for production equipment, including receiving, storing, kitting, and cycle counting.

This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and involves collaboration with plant personnel in a team setting. Responsibilities include generating purchase requisitions, monitoring parts older than 30 days, and communicating KPI data in daily briefings and monthly reviews.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years experience in MRO or inventory control preferred.
• Computer literacy with MS Office; SAP experience.
• Forklift experience with plan to obtain certification within 30 days.
• Knowledge of Ariba and Fiix CMMS within 30 days is expected.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Able to work all shifts and handle physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsabilités

• Receive, store, and kit MRO parts in the storeroom.
• Create purchase requisitions and monitor parts not received within 30 days.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and participate in root-cause analysis for discrepancies.
• Support KPI reporting and maintain proper parts storage standards.
