Job summary

3B Supply is seeking a proven Sourcing professional to manage MRO product sourcing and provide technical procurement support in an office setting. This salaried role includes bonus potential and involves direct collaboration with onsite program managers.

You will negotiate supplier programs, research product needs, and leverage MS Excel to analyze options, maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring cost-efficient results.

Qualifications

• Previous sourcing experience in all MRO type products including tools, abrasives, pipes, chemicals, valves & fittings, fasteners, cutting tools, electrical products, PPE.

Work directly with the onsite Integrated Supply Program Managers and Associates in all matters of MRO Product sourcing and technical support. This is a salaried position plus bonus potential in an office setting.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Previous sourcing experience in all MRO type products including tools, abrasives, pipes, chemicals, valves & fittings, fasteners, cutting tools, electrical products, PPE.
• Knows how and where to find the best sources at the lowest possible cost.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced experience in MS Excel.
• Meet vendors in person or by phone to negotiate new supply programs.
• Strong experience in negotiation.
• Assist customers in researching product needs, sourcing and procurement to fulfill their requirements.
• Multi-task capabilities, strong ability to work independently and with minimal direction.
• Well organized, detail oriented and enjoys being a problem solver.
• Comfortable with communicating with new and existing suppliers.
