Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking a Site Manager in Elkhart, IN to run the MRO storeroom, monitor inventory, and supervise on-site team members. You will coordinate purchasing, receiving, and distribution while maintaining strong customer relations and adherence to company policies.

You will also drive cost efficiency, track key indicators, and prepare weekly activity reports and plans. Full-time schedule with some weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in distribution, management, customer service, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily MRO storeroom operations and monitor inventory levels.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, storage and distribution activities.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships and communicate with Martin Corporate.
• Maintain high service levels while controlling costs and improving processes.
• Provide weekly updates, KPIs, and data for proposals and plans.
• Lead MIS on-site team members and ensure compliance with policies.
