Job summary

George E. Booth Co., LLC is seeking a hands-on MRO Sales Specialist to support inventory control and supply management at customer sites in Kokomo, Peru and South Bend, IN.

This role focuses on keeping parts available and strengthening long-term partnerships through responsive, high-quality service. You will engage with customers, manage stock at storerooms, collaborate with outside and inside sales, and report activities using platforms like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience or training.
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience in process control product sales and access to CMMS/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory, stock, and supply at customer storerooms.
• Serve as main point of contact for key customers with consistent communication.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate terms to expand onsite stockroom use.
• Collaborate with outside and inside sales to coordinate quotations and follow up on leads.
• Use Salesforce or similar platforms to manage and report sales activities.
• Adhere to safety requirements at customer sites.
• Prospect for new business within existing locations and support introductory calls.
• Meet deadlines for customer needs and complete required administrative tasks.
