Accord Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced MRO/Repair Engineer in Wichita, KS, onsite only, to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities including structural repair design and non-conformance disposition.

The role requires MRO experience, metallic and composite repair expertise, and proficiency in CATIA V5, with a Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program. Visa: USC / GC. Full-time position with multiple openings.

Formación

• MRO / Aircraft repair engineering experience.
• Experience with metallic and composite structural repairs.
• Ability to develop repair designs and substantiation.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 25 / Airworthiness requirements.
• Proficiency in CATIA V5.

Responsabilidades

• Support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
• Develop repair designs and substantiation for structural repairs.
• Handle non-conformance dispositioning and root cause/corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA Part 25 / Airworthiness requirements.
• Collaborate with production and service engineering teams.
