Qualifications

• 3+ years FAA 145 MRO inspection experience required.
• A&P license or ability to qualify for Repairman license.

Responsibilities

• Perform various inspections including Receiving and Final inspections.
• Ensure compliance with FARs and proper calibration of equipment.

Join us as an MRO Quality Inspector at Ontic

We are seeking a dedicated MRO Quality Inspector to join our team in Miramar, FL. You will report to the MRO Quality Manager and work onsite at our new Miramar facility, opening end of May 2025.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years FAA 145 MRO inspection experience
• A&P license or ability to qualify for Repairman license
• Effective communication skills in English
• Proficiency with measuring equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft tools, ERP systems, and related software
• Ability to pass physical and DOT requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform various inspections (Receiving, Preliminary, Hidden Damage, In-Process, Final)
• Ensure compliance with FARs and proper calibration of equipment
• Serve as a quality liaison within the organization
• Ensure inspection records and reports are correctly completed before product release
• Verify that no defective or unairworthy materials are installed
• Support facility audits to ensure quality compliance
• Assist in planning inspection standards and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

$28 - $35/hour, based on experience
