Cérélia North America is seeking a Maintenance Purchaser at our Whitehall, Ohio facility to manage MRO purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will support maintenance, reliability, and operations with timely sourcing of parts and services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant purchasing experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with CMMS tools to help maintain safety and uptime across production lines.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years industrial MRO purchasing or similar administrative duties.
• Ability to learn maintenance systems (MaintainX and JF used daily).
• Food manufacturing environment knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Purchase MRO parts, supplies, tools, equipment, and contracted services.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations; negotiate pricing and terms.
• Monitor open orders and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Operations to ensure availability of parts.
