Job summary

Coho Consulting Group is seeking a Program Support Specialist to assist the MRO/MRO-S Functional Management Office in Oklahoma City. The role covers operations, organizational change management, data analysis, SharePoint administration, executive reporting, and site activation for Air Logistics Complex implementation activities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years supporting Air Force Depot Maintenance or related operations, strong Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and BI tooling experience, and the

Qualifications

• Security clearance: ability to obtain and maintain required government credentials.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years supporting Air Force Depot Maintenance systems or related operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI/Tableau, Visio, and IT system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of site activation, implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Assist with organizational change management initiatives and end-user transition efforts.
• Develop and maintain executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.
• Collect, analyze, and report program metrics using dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, users, and cross-functional teams to support implementation activities.
• Provide technical and administrative support across program operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Support operational readiness and mission reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
