Job summary

Coho Consulting Group in Oklahoma City is seeking a Program Support Specialist to assist the MRO/MRO-S Functional Management Office. The role focuses on site activation, data analysis, SharePoint administration, and executive reporting to support Air Logistics Complex initiatives.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop briefs, and help drive organizational change while ensuring readiness and timely reporting across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years supporting Air Force Depot Maintenance systems, organizations, or related operations preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required government security credentials.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of site activation, implementation, testing, and go-live activities.
• Assist with organizational change management initiatives and end-user transition efforts.
• Develop and maintain executive briefings, reports, and presentation materials.
• Administer and maintain SharePoint sites and knowledge management resources.
• Collect, analyze, and report program metrics using dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, users, and cross‑functional teams to support implementation activities.
• Provide technical and administrative support across program operations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Support operational readiness and mission reporting.
