Job summary

FastTek Global in Warsaw, Indiana is seeking a detail-oriented MRO Crib Attendant to manage daily crib operations, receive and verify inventory, and maintain accurate stock records to support maintenance and production teams.

You will handle cycle counts, replenishment, and safe material-handling practices, including forklift operation if certified. The role requires basic computer skills and attention to safety procedures in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years minimum experience in a warehouse, tool crib, MRO crib, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing support environment preferred.
  • Ability to accurately count, record, issue, and replenish inventory.
  • Basic computer skills for entering inventory transactions, reviewing records, and maintaining documentation. Excel experience a plus.
  • Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming MRO inventory, verify items against packing slips or purchase documentation, and place materials in assigned crib or warehouse locations.
  • Record inventory disbursements accurately and ensure parts, tools, consumables, and supplies are issued to authorized personnel as needed.
  • Perform routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies.
  • Replenish inventory based on usage, reorder points, and crib stocking requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse crib using proper labeling, storage, and housekeeping practices.
  • Safely move inventory to and from elevated racks and storage locations using approved material-handling methods and equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment if certified.
  • Communicate inventory shortages, damaged items, receiving discrepancies, and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
  • Support maintenance and production teams by providing timely, accurate, and customer-focused crib service.

Job Description
Job Summary

The MRO Crib Attendant is responsible for the daily operation of the warehouse crib, including receiving materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, issuing supplies, performing cycle counts, and replenishing stock to support maintenance and production needs. This role requires attention to detail, safe material-handling practices, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

Required Qualifications

Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials as required in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to safely move inventory to elevated racks and storage locations.
  • Must follow all site safety procedures, including requirements for personal protective equipment and safe material handling.
  • Employees must be trained and certified by the appropriate trainer or designated resource before operating a forklift or other powered industrial equipment.
