Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field contract administration, maintenance supervision, EH&S or project management.
• Experience with ISO and cGMP requirements preferred.
• Experience with SAP and vendor management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractor bid and selection processes.
• Oversee prequalification and safety programs for contractors.
• Monitor contractor safety performance and IS Networld coordination.
• Develop contractor training profiles and coordinate training.
• Ensure site indoctrination and adherence to site rules by contractors.
• Support Purchasing in contract negotiations and contract deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Site Conditions Document and Roquette safety requirements.
• Prepare job packages and conduct pre-job meetings when needed.
• Assist in development of Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and audits.
