Meanwhile, you'll have the support and resources of the fastest-growing brand in the construction industry to make it happen.Your Role on Our TeamThe MRO Clerk is responsible for maintaining MRO inventory levels, issuing work orders generated and/or approved by Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Engineer, closing and filing completed work orders, issuing purchase order and receive MRO items.You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:Ensure correct inventory levels of MRO items by computer entry and cycle countsPlace purchase orders for MRO itemsWork with supply chain teams on scheduling reactive/proactive maintenance tasksPrint and issue Maintenance work ordersClose completed work ordersIssue purchase orders for MRO items & consumable items requested by various cellsReceive items listed for MRO items & consumablesGenerate reports as neededAcquire vendor pricing for items requestedOrganize and maintain MRO inventory location areasAdhere to safety requirementsPractice 6SUnderstand and follow verbal and written instructionsOther duties as assigned.The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of experience in MRO, inventory, purchasing, materials, warehouse, maintenance, or manufacturing support preferredExperience with inventory management, purchase orders, receiving, and vendor coordination preferredExperience using Oracle, or other ERP, inventory/purchasing systems preferredProficiency with Microsoft Suite and other technology platforms (Excel, Word, CMMS software, etc.)Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teamsWe provide these great perks and benefits:Robust health, dental and vision insurance plansGenerous 401 (K) savings planEducation assistanceOn-site food and coffee serviceAnd many more, check out our benefits site HEREMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
