Position Highlights:
- Shift Schedule: 36 hours per week (3-12's), Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Sign-On Bonus: Eligible for a sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements.

What You'll Need:
- Graduate of an approved AMA Radiology Program or Associate's Degree Required
- Registered & Certified by ARRT in MRI / other specialty or Deemed MRI Registry Eligible
- Preferred - Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred - 2 years of MRI experience
- Valid CPR Certification - BCLS Required
- Ability to communicate professionally with physicians, nurses, and other professionals
- Effective time management and clinical skills to prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced environment
Job Responsibilities Include:
- MRI Procedures: Conduct or assist in MRI procedures and diagnostic tests/scans.
- Protocols & Equipment: Maintain knowledge of current protocols and imaging techniques; ensure MRI scanners are well-equipped for patient use.
- Emergency Readiness: Ensure readiness of emergency equipment and supplies; recognize and react appropriately to crises.
- Education & Instruction: Provide guidance, education, and consultation to healthcare personnel, students, and patients; stay current with necessary competencies and training.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient files and records, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures.
- Work Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues; set personal and professional goals to support quality improvement.
- Age-Appropriate Care: Ensure care meets guidelines for specific age groups served.
- Hospital Standards: Adhere to hospital procedures and policies; promote effective communication and teamwork.
This role involves maintaining a clean work area and carries inherent risks, including exposure to infections, bloodborne diseases, hazardous substances, and radiation. It requires handling emergency situations, working irregular hours, and being available for short-notice absences.
