Western Missouri Medical Center is seeking an Radiologic Technologist specialized in MRI to perform MRI exams per established protocols. The candidate will review requisitions, prepare equipment, screen patients for allergies and metal, and explain procedures to patients.

The role includes coordinating scheduling, ensuring image quality, and entering data into RIS/PACS while maintaining safety and compliance with department policies.

Competenze

• ARRT registry in Radiology required; MRI registry preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Mansioni

• Review requisitions, check and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Explain procedure to patient and position patient on table.
• Schedule and/or reschedule patients as needed.
• Review/evaluate completed images and provide histories to radiologist.
• Enter exams in RIS and PACS; send images to cloud system.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies.
