Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans across patient ages under radiologist supervision. The role ensures a safe, therapeutic imaging environment following magnet safety guidelines and participates in department improvement activities.

Weekend night schedule includes Friday through Sunday 11pm-7am. The candidate should hold ARRT MRT Texas license and AMA-approved radiology technology education, with BCLS and MRI certification requirements met within

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification required.
• MRT license with the State of Texas.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI scans under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment following practice standards.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
