Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to work full-time night shifts from 9PM to 7AM, Monday through Thursday. The role focuses on performing high-quality MRI scans under Radiologist supervision, ensuring magnet safety and patient comfort in a busy diagnostic department.

Candidates must be a graduate of an AMA-approved radiology program, hold ARRT and MRT Texas licensure, and obtain Basic Life Support within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification.
• MRT State of Texas license.
• MRI Certification through ARRT required by December 31, 2012.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist.
• Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment per practice standards and magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
