Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI scans on patients of all ages under the supervision of a Radiologist. You will maintain a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment following practice standards and magnet safety guidelines while contributing to departmental improvement efforts.

The position requires BLS within 30 days, graduation from an AMA-approved radiology program, ARRT MRT Texas licensure, and MRI certification by December 31, 2012.

Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiology technology.
• ARRT certification and MRT Texas licensure.

Responsibilities

• Performs quality MRI scans on all ages under Radiologist direction.
• Maintains a safe diagnostic environment based on practice standards and magnet safety guidelines.
• Participates in departmental improvement activities.
