Job summary

Intermountain Health in Murray, Utah is seeking an MRI Technologist to join Intermountain Medical Center. You will perform advanced diagnostic imaging, verify orders, ensure patient safety and comfort, and collaborate with radiologists, providers, and care teams to deliver high‑quality care.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR certification required.
• ARMRIT certification preferred.
• ARRT R cross-training in MRI beneficial.
• BLS certification required.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient identity, review orders, and prepare patients for MRI examinations.
• Perform MRI examinations according to protocols while ensuring safety and comfort.
• Operate MRI equipment and document patient information accurately.
• Follow MRI safety guidelines and infection prevention practices.
• Collaborate with radiologists and staff to deliver excellent patient care.
• Assist with training and mentoring team members as needed.
