Job summary

Southern NH Health is seeking an MRI Technologist for second shift in Nashua, NH. The role includes performing MRI exams, ensuring image quality, and assisting Radiologists with invasive procedures. The candidate must hold ARRT certification (MR preferred) and NH imaging licensure, with 1–2 years MRI experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years Radiology Technology training to meet ARRT registry requirements.
• ARRT(MR) certification preferred; ARRT(R) certification or equivalent required.
• State of NH Medical Imaging Licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams including trauma, orthopedic, fluoroscopic, contrast exams and invasive procedures.
• Inspects all images for quality and documentation; presents images to Radiologist for interpretation.
• Assists Radiologist with invasive procedures as required.
• Maintains current knowledge of MRI technologies and protocols.
• Keeps up with latest MRI advancements and CEUs.

Education

Two years Radiology Technology training

ARRT(R) certification or equivalent required

State NH Board of Medical Imaging Licensure required

One to two years MRI experience preferred
