Job summary

Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, MT is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures within the Imaging Services Department. The role emphasizes patient safety and high-quality imaging, with the first-line interface to patients and healthcare team.

Minimum qualifications include a high school graduate with an AMA-approved MRI program, MT radiologic technologist licensure (ARRT preferred), and BCLS certification. Schedule: PRN, as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and graduate of an AMA approved MRI program.
• Licensure: Licensed by MT as Radiologic Technologist, ARRT registration preferred; BCLS certification required.
• Job knowledge: Knowledge of anatomy and physiology; ability to read and communicate in English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures with patient safety as a priority.
• Interface with patients and other staff to ensure successful imaging.
• Maintain knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support accurate imaging.
