Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking an MRI Technologist I to perform MRI exams and assist radiologists, ensuring high-quality imaging for interpretation by licensed practitioners. The role requires CAHEA-accredited Radiology training, ARRT and BLS certifications, and MRI certification, with prior MRI experience preferred.

The position is full-time with a 13-week contract, working four ten-hour shifts Monday through Friday, starting as early as 6:00 a.m., in Bozeman, MT.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent.
• ARRT certification.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• MRI Technician certification.
• Previous MRI experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI exams and procedures as requested by the medical staff.
• Assist radiologists and other medical staff during exams and procedures.
• Complete documentation for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
• Retrieve prior images, studies, written orders, and related health information.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on the scanner and archive imaging data.
• Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of hospital quality indicators.
