Hartford Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform MRI exams, prepare patients, and ensure accurate imaging across GE High Field Scanners. This role supports our Level 1 Trauma Center with 24/7 imaging operations.

The ideal candidate will hold ARRT or ARMRIT credentials and an MRI-focused associate degree, plus BLS. Join Hartford HealthCare's leading CT network and contribute to cutting-edge care and education initiatives.

Qualificações

MRI is looking for highly motivated individuals who would like to work in a busy Level One Trauma Center where MRI operates 24/7 on 3 GE High Field Scanners.

Summary

The MRI Technologist performs MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) exam in the hospital by selecting specific software parameters according to established protocols in order to assist the referring physician in diagnosis. The MRI Tech prepares and positions patients, injects patients with contrast media, and selects anatomic and technical parameters accurately to produce cross-sectional images of the body.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program (ARRT) or graduate from American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) with an Associate Degree with focus in medical image preferably MRI.
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
