An established industry player is seeking a skilled MRI Technician to join their team. This role involves operating MRI scanners for diagnostic imaging, ensuring high-quality images for physicians to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment. The technician will interact with patients, guiding them through procedures and ensuring their comfort. The position requires an Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology and a certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Job Summary:
Under general supervision, responsible for operating MRI scanner(s) for diagnostic imaging purposes aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of pathology.
Work Hours: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday). The total hours needed will be 18 hours. Weekday coverage will vary based on clinic needs.
This position is Shift Differential Eligible.
Job Duties:
Education: Associate's degree and graduation from an approved AMA school of Radiologic Technology is required.
Experience: One (1) year of related experience is required.
Additional Licenses and Certifications: Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
