Bright Light Medical Imaging in Villa Park, Illinois seeks a qualified MRI Technologist for PRN Saturday shifts. You will perform MR imaging, ensure patient safety, prep equipment, and maintain quality standards in a physician-led imaging center.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited MRI certification program.
• ARRT/ARMRIT registered or equivalent.
• Previous experience in diagnostic radiology/imaging.
• Proficiency running advanced MR studies independently.
• CPR and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain current MR knowledge and assist in quality control.
• Ensure patient safety and screen for implants.
• Sterilize and maintain equipment and stock supplies.
• Administer aseptic injection technique for contrast.
• Explain MRI procedure and reduce patient anxiety.
• Position patients to obtain correct imaging.
• Document radiological services in patient charts.
• Support quality standards and continuous improvement.
• Provide education and direction to new technologists.
• Perform imaging procedures accurately and timely.

Formação académica

MRI certification program

ARRT/ARMRIT registered
