The University of Kansas Health System is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist responsible for producing quality MR images and providing optimal patient care in Kansas City. This role requires participation in ongoing training related to MRI safety and techniques.

Key responsibilities include preparing patients, performing venipuncture, and ensuring adherence to MR safety guidelines. Candidates should be graduates from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology with a certification in MRI.

Formación

• Graduate from an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or Magnetic Resonance Imaging.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification upon hire.
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging license within 180 days.

Responsabilidades

• Produce quality MR images while ensuring optimal patient care.
• Participate in ongoing training for MR safety and technique.
• Educate and monitor students and other healthcare providers.
